How My Tools HQ handles browser-based tool data, ordinary server logs, contact messages and third-party services.

Files and text used in tools

Core tool operations are designed to process files or text in your browser where the implementation allows it. Selecting a local file gives the page access to that file for the requested operation; it does not by itself mean the file is uploaded to the My Tools HQ application server.

Generated results can remain temporarily in browser memory and are saved to your device when you choose to download them.

Normal website network activity

Like ordinary websites, My Tools HQ receives technical requests when pages are loaded. Hosting/security systems can process information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps and error/security logs.

Third-party libraries, fonts and models

Some pages load open-source JavaScript libraries, fonts or supporting models from third-party content delivery networks. Those providers can receive ordinary request metadata when your browser requests the resource. A locally processed file is not intentionally sent to those providers merely because a library is loaded, unless a specific feature explicitly says otherwise.

Contact form

If you contact us, the information you submit—including your name, email address and message—is processed so we can receive and respond to the request.

Advertising and Google services

If Google advertising or measurement services are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and—where permitted and consented—personalization. Third parties may place and read cookies in your browser as a result of ad serving.

You can learn more in Google’s explanation of how it uses information from partner sites and apps. Consent choices may be presented where required by applicable law.

Retention and security

Server/security logs and contact messages may be retained for operational, security, troubleshooting or correspondence needs. Retention depends on the system and purpose. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Children

The site is a general-audience utility service and is not intentionally directed to children under 13. If a feature or advertising treatment changes in a way that requires child-directed handling, the relevant settings and disclosures should be updated.
